KICPC, awarded the Minister of Commerce, Industry and Energy Award at the National Productivity Competition
Increase the convenience of handling complaints at home and abroad with the 'Delivery of Complaints' service
The KICPC, widely known as the 'Delivery of Complaints' brand, received the Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy's Commendation at the 43rd National Productivity Competition held at the COEX Auditorium in Samseong-dong on the 16th. The National Productivity Awards are organized by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and hosted by the Korea Productivity Center.
It was highly regarded for making it easy for consumers to issue domestic and foreign complaint documents. It also had a positive effect on the evaluation that it was the first in Korea to offer a service that can handle foreign complaints.
"We are applying various data processing technologies to services," said Lee Young-woo, representative of the Korea Integrated Civil Service Center. "We will try to create a differentiated business model."
